Wouldn't recommend moving here. The wall ...
Wouldn't recommend moving here. The walls are so thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor dogs when they walk! Maintenance sucks and there isn't enough parking for everyone. I recently found that they painted over a mosquito and I can still see the imprint. How lazy.

I found Arium Sunrise to be a very nice, welcoming, and well maintained community. The property manager Pilar, along with the other staff including Catina, Carissa and Rodelay are very hospitable and provide excellent service.
