The remodeled apartments are very comfortable although they are scarce. This condominium complies with all security measures and they are always improving. The park is well maintained and has very easy access to the highway. It is close to IKEA and Sawgrass

Good place to leave BUT do not believe does reviews that says “save community” it is not save, people get stolen from outsiders their packages. Since it is an open community is very easy to get in. I recommend the place if you find a good deal however, I suggest to buy blink or ring video camaras.

Excellent place to live

This is place is beautiful and peaceful, no issues with vandalism and it’s well kept. My biggest issue is the office staff suck, from day 1 it was nothing but complications, lack of communication, inconsistent rules and regulations, threats of penalty without clear warning, indirect communication and unprofessional. The maintenance guy is awesome, but the office sucks.

Good neighbor and safe place

Residing here for three years, I feel compelled to share an honest review. The maintenance staff, responsible for the facilities and the pool, have been consistently great and friendly. However, I would STRONGLY advise against considering this place. The walls are remarkably thin, leading to a lack of privacy and you can also smell what your neighbor is having for dinner. Some units are VERY overcrowded, housing families of eight in a two-bedroom space. Regrettably, residing on the bottom floor has been an unfortunate experience due to paper-thin walls, frequent encounters with Palmetto bugs, and a poor drainage system that struggles during rainfall. The pool maintenance is irregular, and the hot tub has been out of order for three years. Additionally, the noise from announcements made by the nearby school is highly audible. If you don't work from home and spend minimal time here, it might suit your needs. However, I'd strongly recommend exploring other living options. Personally, I'm thrilled to be moving away from this place!!!! RUN do not walk

Do not move into this complex. Our vehicles are constantly getting broken into and the HOA refuses to do anything about it. They keep blowing smoke telling us that they will put up gates and cameras, but it's been two years. The guy that took over the at the HOA office literally said if they do any of that stuff it won't change anything. They're are absolutely useless. Don't leave in a complex that is ran by Miami Management.
