I DO NOT recommend this place. They don’t care about the client AT ALL. I’ve been treated horribly by a girl named Itati. If you do by any chance end up in this terrible place go to ruby not itati. Ruby is sweet despite how bad this apartment building is. Itati is just plain mean.

This people are filthy at 8831 fontaineblaue blvd .In less of 3 months they don't paid to collect the garbage dumpster since I'm living here the Firts time was 12/12 24 Take about 3 week to resolves this matters .
Now since 02/02/25 we have the same issues garbage truck haven't pick it up the trash...

Do not move here. They tow your car for anything because there is never any parking. Even though they know this and claim you can park anywahere before 8am and yet you'll come out at 7am and car is gone. The garbage is never picked up on time and piles up stinking up the place. The rent is too much for an old apartment with elevators that never work. Save your sanity and move elsewhere.
