Nice place.

The condominium security lady is disrespectful, vulgar, she should not serve the public.

A beautiful and quiet neighborhood

The front office is very unprofessional and never returns any voicemails. In the building I live in they allow people to smoke and drink in the hallway with no repercussions. Also, the pool has been closed for months and no explanation or date when it will be open to the public again. Don’t rent or buy in this community save your money

One of the worst associations you can live under. Parking spaces are dreadful. Administration is rude.

The buildings in west Fontaine are in very bad shape,the doors are all scratched if you go behind these bldg the one that have 5 floor you will be scared they are very dirty and bighuminity and is coming inside the apartmentsI lived in this place for4 years and the trim the trees only one time and they have to do that every year before the hurracain season.before We have 2 peoples in maintenance one full time and the other part time this one wash the bldg every month now We have only one ,these bldg are not washed for long time because whith only one in maintenance He can’t do every ,you see the spiders web every where athe lamps covers are disgusting ,they have to replace for a new ones ,the new association promised  many things but for the moment We don’t see anything,We 301 units and the association fee is $388.62, at month is $116974.62 an at year is $1403695.44.I lived in Caribbean apartments for many years and there you see where you money go ,they keep the bldg in very good shape,they haveto pay water an every thing like here and they put new elevators and have 2 peoples in maintenance and that place is smaller than here.We have a pathway  behind these bldg,and every badly that walk look at these bldg  and sed they are disgusting,note timeI was walking and one person ask me do you live here? and I sed not ,awe spend a big money in my apt and is beautifully but I don’t want my family or friend visit me because they will have a very bad impresion,the entrance to this place is the only nice that We haveI invite every body that go to Caribbean apts you will see the diferece you have to walk only few minutes because is our neighbor
