Artem Apartments

Stole my deposit - company does not operate in good faith. Paid admin fee ($125) and application fee ($350) in November 2024 for a lease scheduled to begin in March 2025. I was told by the sales rep that I can get the application fee reimbursed if I changed my mind as long as I gave them ample time to find a new tenant. I paid both admin and application fee in good faith, but had to back out due to a change in life plans. I let them know first week of January 2025 that I no longer planned to move in. I figured two months would give them more than enough time to find a new tenant. Was told at first it takes 45 days to get reimbursed. When I followed up 25+ days later they are now saying that their policy is not to reimburse anything if it's been more than 72 hours. Based on my experience and the other comments here this place is a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

Treat their tenants like garbage. Stay away from Artem and quartera buildings

The good reviews are from employees at Artem or their friends and family. Hallways are always dirty and walls and windows are thin aka can hear everything going on outside. I had my package lost or stolen multiple times and they did nothing about it, cameras “did not show anything”... front desk was useless. But yet I had a picture from Amazon showing it delivered to the apartment, yikes. They try to scam you of money because they’re desperate for people to rent their apartments because no one wants to live there which is why they have deals always going on and have FAKE REVIEWS. They do not give back security deposit (many people have not received their security deposits after moving out including myself.) management is horrible and quartera is a terrible company.

If you’re okay with not getting your deposit back then Artem is the right place for you!! :) This apartment complex has a completely unprofessional incompetent leasing staff. My roommate and I have not received our deposit back after 6 months (what was left of it because they charge 35+ for pin holes).  There has been zero communication initiated by the leasing staff, we have been the ones to reach out. Currently in the process of filing a small claim. Best of luck!! Oh and btw these ‘good’ reviews are not accurate.

I love living at Artem, the amenities, the people and the community are unbelievable. I also really appreciate management and the staff. Eulogio and Tatiana are the best!

The building is in perfect condition! The person in charge of maintenance, Fernando, is not only very friendly and helpful, but they also keep the building in excellent condition. It is a pleasure to live in this building! I highly recommend it. I especially highlight the work of Fernando, who is always very willing to solve any problem that may arise.

Aklesso and Yannivi bring the community together with the events they host. They bring a wholesome atmosphere to Artem and make it easy for those of us without connections to feel at home and as part of a community 🥰

I love this place!! I have been here 2 years and my experience has been the best. No complains at all!! The staff is very nice and Tatiana the manager of the building is always on top.
