The truth is, it's not worth living here for the slightest thing, they will tow your cars whether you own them or not, security is in everything except their real job, sometimes they steal at night and nothing ever happens, the association is a pure scam, the truth is no. I do not recommend living here under any circumstances. I have been here for 4 years and I am crazy about leaving and the truth is I am leaving soon because the place is a waste….

Just made a wrong turn on 248 and had to turn into Artesa and got met with a super rude security guard. Made a mistake and the security guard started bashing me for not pressing a button to turn to get Out of the community. If this is the help they hire can’t imagine how they maintain the place

Beautiful place to live kid friendly,the neighbors are awesome! This neighborhood has basketball court,playground,kid pool,normal pool,jacuzzi it's an amazing neighborhood.

Excellent place and beautiful. And not far from Miami, just 20 minutes from Miami International Airport. Excellent place.
