Pilot House Condominium Association

It's. Deserted. Everytime I go I only see the guest I come to visit and security on occasion. The lady is extremely rude. Have no idea how she keeps her job. There doing lots of work to the condo so it's looking good. If u have an ocean view u feel like a god watching the boats parade up and down the coastal. Good location many great local eateries. Is five it 5 stars but the security really brings down the score a lot. Nothing personal they just act like your interrupting there hw assignment. I have a dead friend that lives there and I love doing bc the view is spectacular and it's quite. See you soon Mike!!!👽🤔👍🏼

As a Real Estate Agent, I go into many of the condominiums in Fort Lauderdale, and I can say this is one of the Best Maintained Building /Association in Town!  They are on top of things and managed on-site.  Everyone is very cooperative and helpful.  I would not hesitate to buy in here, or send a buyer to this HOA/Building.  Beautiful units, many with unobstructed views.

Me and my family stayed here for 4 days it was beautiful beautiful gorgeous grounds the pool area the plants was well-manicured will definitely be going back this is Maxine's place she is a wonderful host there is everything you need at this condominium just take your luggage and  yourself and you will have a wonderful time very Morton up-to-date furniture the kitchen is lovely the bathrooms a nice the bedrooms are nice very clean

I live here and I like it. Don't know many people but the few I do I like very much. You know who you are :)
