Safe, efficient , and friendly boutique ...
Safe, efficient , and friendly boutique condominiums. Good quality construction. However, single elevator frequently is inoperable for long stretches of time. Also, the lobby call box has been stuck and not working off and on for over 9 year, making receiving parcels and guests complicated at best, or impossible at worst.
