owner at this location. i had to sale my unit in less then 6 months because the management and staff was rude "the manager" had a very nasty attitude!!

I have been here 4 years. The location is great. Cost of units based on location is affordable. It was built in 1961 so we will always have upgrades needed just like in a single home.

AT has steadily gone downhill the past 1 ...
AT has steadily gone downhill the past 15 years. It’s gone through about 6 property managers in 10 years. Very poorly managed. Great location but that’s about all it has going for it.
