Very very very disappointed! We were renting an apartment in Beach club for a year, today came to visit our uncle, he left us for a few minutes to stay at the pool and went upstairs to go to the restroom and to take some towels, the staff member came yelling and screaming on us that we had to get out of the building, He was very rude, yelling, you have to leave right now, he was very very very rude.
we were with a newborn baby, he was very unpolite and aggressive... I would be very very upset if my guests Feel the same when visiting me...

P.S: The owner gave us guest bands From the very beginning so everybody could see that we are his guests
