Today I was in Florida visiting my fathe ...
Today I was in Florida visiting my father at point of America. I decided to go to the beach only to be confronted by two overly aggressive and rude security guards. They demanded I get my father on the phone and then proceeded to threaten me and my girl friend. They went as far as to almost grab my arm forcefully and try to drag me away but luckily I am fast and evaded their touch. This was an extremely unpleasant experience as I feared for my safety. These guards should not be able to work at this beautiful establishment because they drastically changed my experience.

The security guards on the beach should ...
The security guards on the beach should be fired. They are unpleasant, rude, and angry. This is not the type of energy you want when you are trying to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. The security guards came up to me in their gold cart and screamed in my face “WE KNOW YOU DONT LIVE HERE”. To that I was really taken aback because first of all, don’t scream at someone and second of all, you don’t know that I don’t live here. They continued to get more aggressive and actually got out of their golf cart to scream in my face. At this point I was fearing for my safety so I decided to leave before it escalated any further.

Had a big job to do at the point of America's in Fort Lauderdale. Service jobs in high rises are always stressful but the lowered lobby consierge named Edgar was extremely helpful while helping all the service members from several contractors thank you Edgar for making this move as smooth as possible. You deserve a big raise
