Great community, Yolanda has treated us super nicely. Everything in the apt was clean and nice when we received it. So far so good 👍🏽

Terrible parking!!  They change companies and do not send you written notification, they only do it by email and to avoid wasting paper ohhh!!! Email that almost no one checks and when you get up and go to work they have already towed your car...

It is not safe to live here. They hired a new towing company and you never know when they are towing your car.  It is a dirty business.

It is a very nice place to live, the staff is very friendly, professional and competent.  They are always there to serve us with their best attitude.

The service is excellent, they have never failed to resolve everyday situations for me, and they are always there for us, I give them the highest rating.

I have been living in this place for three years and they decide to change the parking system without notifications or a prior notice letter. I was traveling thinking that my car was safe in the parking lot. It is incredible that after three years living there they have no consideration. I don't know if they changed management but they do everything very badly or at least a prior notice or a letter as always they only think about getting money or an update that they take care of themselves.

I’ve been living there for 3 years now. The residency is very beautiful, has all the amenities, and also something that I really like is that the gym is 24/7. Also the girls that work there are pretty nice and help to solve any problems.

I have been living here for almost a year and I absolutely love it! The leasing agents are great, especially Yolanda, she is very personable, informative, understanding and detail oriented. She took our experience here agive and beyond each time. Our lease was about to end and my partner and I just welcomed a baby a few months ago, as opposed to leaving our 1 bedroom apartment, we decided to move to a bigger unit within Atlantico. This neighborhood is very well kept by the maintenance team. Overall, we couldn’t be happier here and are looking forward to staying at Atlantico for years to come!

They call Alpine Towing and take residents' vehicles for relaxing without any consideration, being registered. Wasting time and money for the resident.

I came here for a Halloween event with a friend who lives here and my children, and everyone including me had a delicious time! There's plenty of food and activities for the kids, and a DJ! everyone on duty put on costumes. I love it! Everyone in the service, including Griselda Vidal, helped us and was patient and always kind to us. Thank you so much!
