The Avant at Pembroke Pines Apartments

I had to move out from my prior apartment last month and was looking for a place for rent right away. Then I found “The Avant Of Pembroke “. They made the process so easy for me to move in. A special thank you” to Sandy Fenelus, the resident specialist who helped me through it, she’s been very patient with me and waited until I get it right. I would recommend her and the Avant Of Pembroke to anyone who’s serious about looking for an a good apartment for rent. Jonathan

The technician Jorge Reyes just did an incredible job for me in my apartment, because of technicians like him I feel safe in the community, very attentive, very professional, truly incredible, Super grateful for the incredible work he has done in my apartment thanks to him now I will be able to have more comfort and security in my home, really thank you very much Jorge Reyes

I had such a great experience with Drea. I will admit it was a little shaky in the beginning but I understand that sometimes thing happen that are beyond our control. She was able to help me and my family and I am very happy now.

I love to be part of the family at the Avant Pembroke Pines. Also Drea is the one who is the most helpful person in the community 🌸 thank you Drea and Avant Family 🙏

Yoscarly and Elio were wonderful, they came and helped me with my fridge. They were very knowledgeable and professional, service was quick and very organized, awesome team! Thank you guys, im very happy with the job done.

Please read in full- This is your warning DO NOT get an apartment here. I have never experienced anything quite as bad as this place. They trick you by showing you the nicest model apartment before they have you sign your lease and pay lots of money for CRAP.  These people have ruined my life and I’m not exaggerating. We paid over $3k for deposit and down payment and on the day of move-in we got to our apartment which was full of dog piss stains in the corner, and an insane amount of garbage outside to our door and back porch. Given the terrible smell of piss that would not go away after I had to clean it myself we decided we did not feel safe nor comfortable staying there. We spoke to management and emailed photos and told them we couldn’t move here and all they could offer us was another apartment that was a higher price out side our budget so obviously we did not take it and wanted to get the hell out but WAIT IT GETS BETTER. NOW we have a debt collector calling us saying we owe these people over $3,000MPRE DOLLARS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now it’s been impossible for us to move anywhere else and I’m pregnant and we can’t find a nice home all because these scammers want to milk us for more money that they don’t deserve after giving us something unsafe and unclean and not what we signed for. I have to write this here because they also will not work with me. Let this be your warning.
