Horrible experience living here, from the mold in the vents and maintence telling us theres nothing they can do about it to the disgusting parking situation by "professional parking management" which are currently being sued for shady business... I would not recommend anyone to move here. There is dog feces all thru the grass patches and the main gate is always broken no security whats o ever. Please dont bother coming here.

Eduardo did a great job and was very professional when handling my maintenance request.

No surveillance cameras. My car got stolen and they don’t even have proof. Imagine if something were to happen to you there’s not going to be any evidence IS NOT SAFE.

I moved in about a month ago and my stay so far has been great. Upon move in, the unit was extremely clean and looked exactly like the model that I toured. I love the screened in balcony that each unit has, that is my favorite thing about the apartment so far because I can enjoy the fresh air without interacting with the bugs and insects of south Florida. Maintenance is very friendly and accommodating. When I had an issue with my ice machine they adjusted their schedule to match a time that I would be at home; they were very flexible and professional and the problem was fixed quickly. The only reason I am giving four stars is because I have only lived here for a month so far, but I definitely recommend the location based on my experience so far.

Justin and Eduardo the maintenance guys are so nice and so quick at fixing things with the apartment ! The front office lady is also very nice so far management and Maitenance team has been great (:

I would like to thank the staff for an amazing event (resident BBQ) today. The burgers were A+. The entire staff does an amazing job (office and maintenance) here at Avalon Miramar.
