Avoid at All Costs! Read and you won’t move in… If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this leasing office. They clearly haven’t understood that they’re in the hospitality and customer service industry, because they make you feel nothing like home. A shiny, new building isn’t enough to hide the complete lack of humanity this place operates with. It’s ridiculous to be paying one of the highest fees in the area, yet have to deal with nasty elevators, dirty isles, disgusting garbage chutes, and common areas that are cleaned once a month, if you’re lucky.
On top of all this, service charges throughout the lease were variable and unpredictable. For example, garbage fees kept increasing during the last months we were there with no explanation. It felt like they were fixing the prices at their convenience, leaving tenants with no transparency or control.
The car gate and pedestrian gates were broken for over a year—yes, a year—and they didn’t bother fixing them until the day we vacated the property. Whenever we requested something or complained about the dirty areas, they were not just evasive, but often sarcastic. The level of disrespect is astounding. And don’t even try reaching out to supervisors—they’re just as unhelpful.
I was already paying over $250 per month for my private garage space, but when I came back from a trip, I found a ticket on my windshield because I didn’t have the new sticker they suddenly required. When I explained the situation to the leasing office, they showed zero empathy. Their response? “It’s a good thing your car wasn’t towed.” Towed? From my own driveway that I pay extra for? On top of the garage fee, I had to pay for a ticket, and I was expected to feel grateful they didn’t tow my vehicle!
It doesn’t stop there. When I moved out, I left the unit spotless—immaculately clean, with everything in perfect condition. I accidentally left a clock on the wall, and when I went back to retrieve it two days later, they told me they threw it out, claiming it was garbage! The absolute disrespect.
And to add insult to injury, four months later, they withheld almost all of my $500 security deposit. They alleged “damages” but didn’t bother to disclose what those damages were in the letter they sent.
This was hands down the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The staff is rude, the building is filthy, and if you ever have a problem, don’t expect any help—because there’s not a single person willing to reason with you or show an ounce of basic human decency. Just awful.
The pictures are just a few, but perfectly describe the state of the property. Filthy and neglected.
