If I could give this company 0 stars, I would, because they don't even deserve 1. My AC stopped working on Friday, and despite calling the leasing office at 9 am, they didn’t send a maintenance worker until 2 pm. They said they needed to order a part and would have it fixed by Monday. I live in South Florida, and we're in the middle of a heat wave. My apartment is 86 degrees inside, and I can't open the windows because it will only make it hotter. They have done absolutely nothing to assist us, leaving us to suffer in this unbearable heat. Now it's Monday, and they’re saying they’re waiting for FPI to approve the part order, which could take another 2-3 days once ordered. This is completely unacceptable! The temperature is rising daily, and fans are useless. We are desperate, and this company is doing nothing to help.

I would recommend this place to anybody ...
I would recommend this place to anybody I know. I lived here for 4 years was here with old and new staff. I’m not the easiest person to deal with at times but office staff was always understanding and have a great leader thank you Ms.Veronica and all office staff here at siesta pointe for making me and my family feel at home for the time We were here & not judging me a little grace
