Aventura Harbor Apartments

Do not live here, it is absolutely the worst. They won’t fix anything and the front office always have an excuse/ attitude when speaking to them. An give a perfect example. My grandma is living there and she handicapped… we’ve been calling her phone and she’s not answering so my niece goes over there and knocks on the door because she doesn’t have a key. And gets no answer. So we are worried sick thinking she fell or something wrong so my niece ask them hey I think my grandma is in trouble cause she’s not answering.. the office is talking about we need to send emails of IDs just for the to open the door… that’s ridiculous and very time consuming. Thank God she’s okay but hay if the situation was reversed and she actually needed help. Like that’s ridiculous!!!!!

I traveled 4 hours to an apartment I had rented and no one showed up.

I apply today for my new apartment . What could be a headache for me, the consultant agents turned it to a very informative and cool experience. Fist of all, the way they proceeded my application invited me to trust them while dealing with many private information. They were definitely people I felt comfortable to deal with. The interview was clear and the process smooth. They offered a property tour to my wife and I, that was very informative. The units they offered were clean and neat, including all appliances. The hallway was quiet. Jibsel Aleman and Paul Sandoval were so welcoming that I felt I was already home. Whatever I have the apartment or not, I will never forget the experience. Thank you Jibsel ! I live in tower 1 of this apartment complex and have only good experiences with the rental office team. The maintenance team is very helpful and the cleaning girls work very hard.

The community is very clean and well maintained, the walls are spacious. I actually don't have anything negative to say about them. I am thinking of renewing the contract with Edelsy, which has helped me a lot.

Great community and big apartments. The leasing and maintenance personnel are very helpful.

This community is so beautiful and well kept, you can tell they really care about their community and the people that live there, and the workers there are amazing so nice and welcoming, Jenncy really helped me out I was very confused on where to do and she helped me with everything.

I had such a great experience getting set up there, the staff were amazing and very knowledgeable when it came to every question I asked. Had such a great experience, would highly recommend.

We've live there for almost 30yrs. And it is Great to have Anna back as manager,I have been through alot of them and she is honestly # 1. Let me not forget May and Natalie very sweet and kind girls and they get things resolved. In a whole you have a great group of people doing a great job.CONGRATES. Welcome back Anna.

After more than three years living here, I must say that Alexander Pérez and Dayana Hernández have transformed our community in a surprising way. Cleanliness has improved noticeably and there are plenty of parking spaces. Also, Ruth, the new member of the maintenance team, has been an incredible addition. Not only is he professional, but he also shows a genuine interest in resolving our concerns quickly and efficiently.
I am sincerely grateful to Alex, Dayana and Ruth for their dedication and effort. They have made our experience here much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks for everything!
