It is the worst condominium I have lived ...
It is the worst condominium I have lived in in the United States, starting with the manager Dayana Hernandez, who recently asks to speak with her and is not able to face you and listen to you, as a resident who has been living in this place for more than two years paying more than $2k in rent alone, it is the worst experience I have ever had, I will tell you a little here since they are incapable of listening to you as much as the girls at the reception, as I repeat, the manager in charge, the alarm goes off in the entire building every moment of the day. Because they fire it manually and don't do anything about it, it's so much so that every time the firefighters arrive for so long that they let it ring, the stairs are always urinated on by drunk people who enter the condominium, there is never parking because visitors park in places that don't belong. You don't pay a ticket for nothing because in the end the security doesn't even check that, the girls at the reception never pay attention to you or listen to what you tell them, apparently you call them and tell them something about what is happening and they keep it just for themselves, residents who leave can come back in at dawn without a problem to bathe in the pool and make a mess because neither the security nor they keep track of who are residents and who are no longer, if they don't even ask visitors for identification, you see the security watching movies or talking on phone, without mentioning that when you renew as they are supposedly the ones in charge, they start charging you the amount of the new renewal without even having finished the previous contract and I make this public so that you do not lose your money when entering here so that later they do not give you face but if they send you an email up to 10 days before to remind you to pay the rent I wish they were that effective to meet the needs of their residents
