Terrible place security wants you tow your car .Even your place after midnight no parking terrible.

I live on the first floor right by the pool, I love it that I can still swim even if it's cool outside,  pool is heated and clean and never crowded

I understand all the negative comments but Jade Winds has gotten much better lately. Specially Daisy 1750 building, the new board members are doing an excellent job. The building it's looking 10 times better and the things that needed to get done are taken careof. Security, maintenance and cleaning staff are very helpful and friendly.

I've been living here for 9 years now and I m glad that finally we have a board and management that cares and gets things done. The location is ideal, the grounds are beautiful , apartments are very large and you get the best price/sqft in town. Most neighbors are kind, I'm content and the future looks even better.

Really really disappointed. Bought in this building is the worse thing. Every singles semester they have additional fees, never ask about the what the people want. The cleaning staff and the security staff are amazing peoplo working for the worse association ever.
