Visited a friend over the weekend and do not recommend rent there. The building is being bought out so you know you’ll have to rent somewhere else soon. Construction noises apparently are pretty bad all day, so you can’t WFH and there are smells

I work as security at the gatehouse. The building shown in the posted picture is not Bay Park Towers,it is Hamilton on the Bay. BPT has a great team of support,both Akam Services(Property management) and the H.O.A Board members pay attention and keep the building in optimal condition. Proud to work there and its close to my home. And Units are available though only through a listing /real estate agent. BPT is located nearby to winwood,downtown, and many excellent shopping stores! Hopefully this review will help someone possibly decide to move in.

Very nice. I understand it's being bought out by a company who plan to upgrade the whole building every unit.
