The leasing process was easy and transparent. ASK FOR BRENDA, SHE IS LITERALLY THE BEST. She is always kind, knowledgeable about the property and area. I work insane hours and she was always politely reminding me to make sure I did all the move in requirements.

We recently moved in. We are very happy with our choice having looked at a fair amount of alternatives. It feels like a small building but still has beautiful amenities. We worked with Lissette who is extremely kind and helpful. She is always available and was accommodating for our many questions. Looking forward to this year!

I was skeptical when my friend, told me about this place and its super High Touch with a cool flair. Pool, with a view next to bbq area, Pool tables , Flat screen TV's in a lounge area, meditation room, sauna, great views, and near nice restaurants and all the nightlife. Yuni the Manager was AMAZING. Even though I was just a guest she was helpful and kind and her staff was incredible. GREAT PLACE!!! I would rent here if I was working in the area!!

The manager Brenda gave us incredible and quick help when it came to completing the paperwork to enter a condominium of such magnitude with grills, pools, spa, gym, pool, ping pong, free coffee and a lot of other things. This building is highly recommended and if possible, do the process with Brenda, an excellent worker willing to help 😁
