I set up some Christmas jobs in this building and their staff is always friendly and helpful

I've seen many condos, but this one is a humdinger. It's a small boutique condo located between shangra La and Nirvana. You walk in, and your senses are caressed by the scent in the lobby. You could hear a pin drop most of the time. Not a lot of noise or hustle and bustle. Very humble and kind mature residents. It's impeccable from the top to the bottom floor. It's the next best thing to living in a house in a great location.  Not much for condo living myself,  but if I could get in there, I'd jump at the chance.
