There is no path around the ocean because of this building! It shame there is no direct path to Margaret Park. Because of this building you cant even go straight 3 blocks. Ridiculous

Beautiful view in a dated building with great neighbors, but overall very negative experience directly due to poor management of the property. The HOA which inhabits the building is incredibly dishonest and crooked. We were charged surprise egregious fees currently being withheld. Half the duration of the lease was construction either shaking the roof, or barring use of any of the lackluster amenities. A member of the board even physically assaulted my roommate as well as disparaging him with racist and homophobic remarks - come on guys, very disappointing.

This is not in the Wynwood area as mentioned above. This area is called Edgewater and the building is just a few blocks from bridge to Miami Beach. The area isn’t the safest. There’s been reports of cars getting ransacked at night throughout the block. Also many dog owners don’t curb their dogs nor they clean up after them so it’s not unusual to step on dog poo by the lawn on the front of the building.
