Cons: Hallways are in extremely bad condition. Elevators are never in full working order, only one or two ever work. Office staff extremely uncooperative, and borderline rude; would it hurt to treat people nicely once in a while? Front desk staff hit or miss; some are courteous and helpful while others are rude and entirely disinterested. Valet staff also hit or miss. Gym equipment very outdated, and there’s no cleaning equipment to even wipe it. No other amenities besides old gym. Rats running around parking garage. Everything seems to be in disrepair. Pros: Nice view of the venetian causeway.
I live here and I’m waiting for my lease to be over. I would not rent here again, and would absolutely not buy a unit here. Plenty of other options in this city.

This building is horrible! It is infested with rats and it also has extreme water damage. I would not let a dog move in there and I'm not an animal lover... I met some amazing people who live there and I pray they leave that building as soon as possible! They are now painting and putting up fixtures but the building is still horrible.. They are just doing patch up jobs.. remember everything that glitters isn't gold...

The person in administration is not trained to solve problems, nor does he intend to solve anything. It gives you bad maintenance information so they can charge interest. People totally unfit for that job. A week trying to solve my problem of which I am the owner and nothing

Elevators barely work. I had to pay movers more hours the 2 times I moved in and out because the elevators didn’t work properly. I had to let my king size bed and mattress that I bought just a year ago because the service elevator didnt work when I moved out. It didn’t fit in the other elevators. ( I measured it) i moved out of town so couldn’t go back.
The Managment didn’t help in any way knowing that it s the building fault !

Amazing building

I've lived here for three years and I've seen the building deteriorate really fast. Castle group is running it and it's just a shame how they treat people, how unprofessional (specially those ladies working in the morning...). Countless times I had to use the stairs to come down from a 31st floor because the elevators were not working and resulting in being late for work or appointments (there is an ongoing fight with the elevator company unresolved which is making everyone super frustrated). No amenities for the next couple of years in the best case scenario. Pool is being shut down since 2022 and no signs on renovation works to begin any time soon. Gym is small and super basic, most cardio machines don't work. Some floors have a strong tabacco smell that you can feel from the elevator. Corridors are dirty and outdated. Some floors are dealing with cockroach infestation (check with neighbors).
Management in general is really unhelpful and rude. I won't generalize but for example someone stole our bikes in the close parking cage and despite having it recorded in camera, they never help us saying that they don't want to have any other increase in insurance for any more claims. We filed a police report...didn't change a thing. We got a violation for an unregister dog which we never had. They never checked before hanging that on our door or apologize for their mistake after...
The good part is the location and only if you are facing east or south the views.
I think for the rental price people is asking here you can be better in any other newer building even if you are not right by the water.
Owners just had a massive increase in the insurance premiun which they are passing on the tenants. HOA is around 1200 for any apartment even the small studios on the 5th and 6th floor. Never buy one of those as investment. Pretty terrible deal.
Special assessments are happening often. I think there is another extra couple of hundreds on top of the HOA every month for a few more years. More might occur. No reserve funds on their account.
To sum up, I believe this could be a great place to live, but reality is not. Please consider all the above before making a decision you might regret sooner than later.

The valet drivers dont speak ONE word of English! I asked what the address was, the most basic thing possible, one could not answer me and the other one told me 550 instead of 555, had to cancel the uber, then when I told him he was wrong he said 5515... Ive been a valet driver and I live in Miami, if you dont know basic english especially the address of your own location, you should not have the job! Its not even their fault, thats poor hiring on management!!! Do better!
