The valet drivers dont speak ONE word of English! I asked what the address was, the most basic thing possible, one could not answer me and the other one told me 550 instead of 555, had to cancel the uber, then when I told him he was wrong he said 5515... Ive been a valet driver and I live in Miami, if you dont know basic english especially the address of your own location, you should not have the job! Its not even their fault, thats poor hiring on management!!! Do better!

HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your time trying to live here. My mom and I spent 6 weeks trying to move into this condominium and we ended up being denied for our “credit scores”. I have a 750 and she has a 736. They initially gave us the wrong application for the place (after we spent 3 hours filling everything out) so we ended up having to refill everything out a second time. The property manager Maria was extremely rude, unhelpful and seemed irritated every single conversation we had with her. I was scheduled to start classes at University of Miami on August 22nd and they told us 3 days before we were supposed to move in (August 13th) that we were denied. We were left homeless and out of $380 between application fees and background check fees. Not only was our time and money wasted and stress unnecessarily added on top of moving across the country from NY, but we had to spend an additional $500 for a different place to live. These people are seriously lacking any sort of humanity and empathy after causing more anxiety than anything else we’ve had to deal with all summer.

All I’m going to say is don’t move here

Well needed to see my sister and it was easy entry if you have all credentials for safety.
