Bell at Plantation Apartments

The leasing office overcharge you without notice when you move out. Emailed the manager several times for the fee details and never got reply. Watching out for the hiding fee and overcharge.

Cesar came and aid with installation of lights and assisted me with opening my windows. He was excellent. I was looking for a new apartment and after touring this complex and speaking to Lisa, the Asst. Community Manager my search ended. She is so understanding and her personality is the sweetest. I viewed the apartment today before officially moving in and Lisa had the Maintenance Mgr take me on tour. His name is Alain. He was so pleasant and helpful. He told me a little about the community. Everyone I have interacted with thus far is warm. Keep up the great work.

****UPDATE AS OF 1/16/24**** Management changed a few months ago and ever since it has been a pure nightmare. The hallways smell, they need to pressure clean these hall ways and the walls.The elevator has been broken for MONTHS!!!!!! MONTHSSS!!!!!! Imagine having surgery , waiting for an elevator because someone is moving out and you are unable to take the stairs. Customer Service is non existent. For the amount of money that Bell is charging with the poor customer service that is being offered, it is not worth it. I'm a very fair person and below is my first review when I first moved in. The previous property manager Cedric and the staff were very genuine and they actually engaged with the community. These new people in the office are as cold as Antartica!!! Any recent reviews that have a 5 is more than likely a fake review, the complex has gone downhill. Will not be renewing.

This review is long overdue, my room mate visted the property in June and we found this to be the best property out of our entire apartment search. Larry has been beyond helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Thank you Bell at Plantation for having outstanding employees that understand the importance of professionalism and outstanding customer service from the start to the end.

I believe the leasing office is always a reflection of the apartment community and Lisa is great example of that! Lisa, the Assistant Community Manager, has been extremely helpful, sweet and transparent about everything throughout our process since day 1 when we toured the area. She's always ready to hear your concerns or questions and see what solutions are possible to make it work. We feel heard and seen with someone as her the Manager and look forward to our time here in Bell! Thank you Lisa for all your time, patience and help!

Cesar is the best both times he helped me. Marvim helped me with my dishwasher. Both guys 5 stars ⭐️

Ceasar helped install a light and fixed an issue with my bathtub. He was wonderful! Totally went out of his way to help around the apartment and was very friendly. Glad he’s in Bell at Plantation.

I’ve being leaving at Bell since 2017. There were problems as usual here and there but management was always friendly, caring and whiling to help. Starting from around autumn 2023 there was a change in management. So now you are getting trash in hall ways, stolen packages, parking all over the place, some guy with a sport car drives like crazy even though there are kids walking on the street. Worst part that when you come talk to them, you are being treated as you own something. Grills aren’t working I think for around 6 month. Or maybe I just trying to use them when they are broken. Talking to them won’t do anything, email communication takes weeks to respond. I’ve think twice before moving here. And I don’t know where all this 5 star comments are coming from. Will place 5 stars once all issues from above are resolved.

New management bad customer service. No parking, trash dumping site, drug smells in hallways. Elevator broke for three months in a five story building
