Bell at Plantation Apartments

Dayshaun is undoubtedly the sweetest and most professional leasing agent I've ever worked with. She makes addressing any issues a walk in the park. It's a rarity to find someone so pleasant in her role. I also absolutely love this complex! It's a great place to live, with its abundance of palm trees, a lovely pool, an excellent gym, and upgraded apartments.

We lived at Bell Plantation for 3 years and had a great experience there. Our last year there was exceptional as the new manager, Anisley M, made lots of positive changes to the property including fixing the parking issues, replacing door hinges so they no longer slammed at all hours, and she provided excellent customer service. The maintenance staff addressed issues in a timely manner and they also provided excellent customer service. We were also thankful that each year our rent only increased minimally. I would recommend Bell at Plantation if you are looking for an apartment with nice amenities and a safe gated community. We appreciate the staff there and thank them for all they do.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! The response and slow process to move in is unacceptable. They are not responsive and don't communicate with their tenants. When moving out, they keep the security deposits! They are a SCAM and a complete waste of time. Choose better for your home please!

I've lived here for 3 years and have mostly enjoyed it. The staff and maintenance workers are courteous and very helpful. Parking enforcement can be a hassle at times and minor infractions will cost you about $70. Overall, a beautiful well kept community with some nice amenities minus the frequent booting of peoples cars. Update: 5 years in now and after a month long business trip I notice my apartment is full of some type of mold. My clothes and furniture is full of it even though I left the ac running. The smell is horrible and I don't want to stay here.

The customer service is poor and they do not respond to the calls in a timely manner. They are only available to lure money and high cost.

I’ve been here for a year now and just signed resign and most importantly my rent didn’t go up. Big gym, nice pool, maintenance is quick to respond in a hurry and community manager Annie has been nothing but helpful and gracious since she’s been here

The maintenance staff at this development are top notch.  Fast response, expertise, and always professional.  Cesar has always served any of my needs well and always goes the extra mile to do an amazing job. It is a small team but they really do go above and beyond.

Below is my initial review I had with the previous management and team. "My roommates and I needed to find a place within 72hrs to move to. Larry and Cedrick made it happen in 24. Our experience was nothing short of pleasant and we are happy we found our new home!"
NOT ANYMORE.
Now after 2 years of living here my roommates and I have moved on and had to move out due to our own personal reasons. At move out we left our apartment in great condition apart from your normal wear and tear. The staff assured us not to pay anything until our final statement was posted on our account. When we received our final statement we received late fees for following directions and a massive charge for not giving prior notice of moving out (which we did) amounting to over $4,000. Let me remind you this is not for damages to our unit, this is a literal cash grab at prior residents.
After being assured we would be fine and explaining that we did give prior notice multiple times in the office to the staff we were completely blindsided. The current management has not taken anything into consideration and their only solution is setting up payment plans for the borderline predatory charges.
If you want to live here I recommend bringing a lawyer and priest with you because the management has pretty much said it's up to god to deal with these charges.
If anyone from corporate who cares about their residents would like to reach out please do (if they do I'll even edit my review). If not everyone reading this hope this helps you chose another property.

Alain is a great tech to have on the team he is fast friendly and very efficient

Absolutely irresponsible, lazy and lying employees! Just don't waste your time! We are planning to move from out of state, we have been calling them for 4 days asking them to send us available apartments and answer a few questions! We did not receive any answers, each time we were promised "they will call you back, send an answer to your e-mail address." This continued for a week. We just wasted our time on these non-professionals! And as a result, there is information on the website that some apartments are available, but in fact there is nothing! Don't waste your time on these lazy workers!!!
