Bell Sunrise Apartments

Honestly overall it’s not too bad but there are some serious issues they should address. I’ll start with the atrocious parcel delivery service that we are required to use and pay for- by force. The company is unprofessional and routinely loses packages. I have several friends and neighbors that live in the building and we all collectively despise this service. We have sent in letters asking for them to use a different service along with filing many complaints and they have yet to do something to address it. We are not allowed to get packages shipped to our door or the mail room. They will turn them away.  We are forced to use this service that misplaces packages, has no customer service, doesn’t follow pick up window times, does not offer reimbursement for lost packages. If you pay for expedited shipping on an item most of the time they won’t even deliver it until the next day. They are lazy and rude. The apartment complex does not seem to care at all. NOISE. dogs left out on filthy feces covered balconies all day and night.
The walls here are extremely thin and they are hardwood floors with high ceilings so every sound travels. We had to put several rugs down just to combat this issue. We can hear our neighbors upstairs constantly.
Also, the landscapers are constantly putting large fronds and clippings on my back patio after sending messages and emails asking for them to be removed.
Parking garage- filthy, gate is always broken, not safe, Not enough spots, monthly fee to use.  You can always pay $250 a month for one of many vacant “premium spots”
Other than that the amenities are great and the staff (sometimes) helpful. (Mainly just Mar)

Moved into this building recently and it's been a good experience overall. I was assisted by Mar, he really stands out for his helpfulness and friendliness. He's always attentive, making the living environment feel safe and welcoming. The building itself is decent, well-kept, and dog-friendly, which is a big plus. It has its issues, like any other place, but nothing major. The location is great, adding to its appeal.
The positives definitely outweigh the negatives here. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid, well-located place to live.

We went to several other places in the area with no comparison to his level of knowledge, carisma and overall professionalism.  He is one of the reasons my client is going to rent the apartment. The place just had major renovations, they have beautiful amenities including and indoor and outdoor hot tub, steam room, suana and more! Spacious units and fair pricing with some nice upgrades.  Thanks again Mar!!

Can I just say WOW!!! The complex is beautiful and so are the amenities! The apartments are very spacious, has great closet space and the bathrooms are beautiful! We were shown around by an awesome and funny tour guide by the name of Mar, who by the way has great hair! (Lol). Mar was amazing with helping us get settled in. P.s we got the best price for rent (haven’t seen those in a while). Definitely a complex you can make your home!
