Fire alarms go off all the time and stay ...
Fire alarms go off all the time and stay on for 30 minutes +, it’s unbelievable!! I don’t even live in the building but nearby and I am so sick and tired of hearing them, along with my poor dog who it creates so much stress for every time they go off! I feel so bad for the residents here and their poor animals. Get it together!

When are you guys will have control of the garage? Why while people like me pay to have their own parking spot, others are parking for free on those spots? After 5 years paying for my spot, I will stop paying now, and park for free, like everybody does, and nothing happen.
This is every single day. And nothing happen.
Like this black truck and this Tesla. The Tesla has been parked on this same spot for 3 days, and even during the day when the office is open, nothing happens.

Dumpster fire!! This place has gone down ...
Dumpster fire!! This place has gone downhill. The elevators are frequently out of service, and fire alarms go off at all hours of the night, causing constant disturbances. There’s a high turnover in office staff, and no one seems to keep track of anything. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking complex, maintenance workers regularly smoke outside—ironically, right in front of the lobby doors.
They’ve also hired a third-party company to issue parking tickets. I received one because the office failed to register my vehicle properly, even though they gave me the window stickers—they simply never submitted the paperwork.
The cleanliness of the complex is unacceptable. Dog urine and feces are often left in the hallways, along with glass and trash, and it can take days for maintenance to clean it up after being reported. The dog park is always a mess, and the trash chutes are constantly overflowing, with garbage piled up both inside and outside the chute. This place has serious management and maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
AWFUL!!!

Booked online for an in-person tour. When I arrived I was informed it was a self guided tour. This was after 15 back and forth emails from Clint (sales rep) sending information on units that I wasn't interested in. I told him what I was looking for and I guess he didn't understand. One of his emails was even are you coming at 4 o'clock? Why does it matter if I'm doing a self guided tour? The office person basically said follow the directions on the wall and walked away. The check-in for a self tour is time-consuming & tedious: pictures of the front and back of your drivers license and a selfie. Since there was no one to show me to the unit, it took me a while to find my way there. Turns out the key they provided didn't work for that unit. I never got to see the unit. I will tell you the hallways and common areas there look quite rundown...holes in the walls, moldings and door frames are all dinged up. Could hear a lot of barking dogs. Looks like the place hasn't been well cared for. One unit even had sandbags and a tarp in front of patio door for what looks like flood prevention.
If this was the reception I got as a visitor, I can only imagine how painful it would be living there. Steer clear it looks like nothing but a headache. Complete waste of my time. I won't be back.

Elevators constantly breaking, maintenan ...
Elevators constantly breaking, maintenance team never empties dumpsters and trash constantly piling up in hallways let alone outside by the dumpster area. Gym machines broken constantly, and amenities in locker room/pool always having issues or not working whatsoever. Even after raising rent prices during a decrease in housing market, there is 0 sign for them solving the elevator or trash issues after increasing their revenue through rental increases. Trash piles up every weekend as 0 maintenance staff works on weekends and this picture was taken at 12pm on a Tuesday after nothing being done all day the Monday prior.
Do yourself a favor, find a different complex to look at if searching for a new apartment. Will not be resigning my lease that’s for certain.

I recently visited this building and was immediately struck by a horrible smell on the first floor of Building 4. It was overwhelming and really unpleasant, is there a dead body or a dead animal they don't know about? I can't imagine living in a place with such a strong odor. Management needs to address this issue immediately. Definitely not a good first impression!

We have lived here for almost three year ...
We have lived here for almost three years. We have enjoyed this property. The owners are making consistent investments; renovated club room, pool renovation, new privacy fence surrounding the swimming pool and the entire complex was just repainted. It feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The walkability of this location and proximity to the beach makes this property a desirable location. Most importantly, the layout and square footage in the apartment is greater than anything we have found in this price range or higher in the area. Lastly, the current management  and  staff are friendly and responsive to service requests. Highly recommend living here.
