As Someone Who Was Interested To Move In I Can Say I Don't Care To Continue The Process. I Scheduled A Tour & No One Was In The Office When I Got There. I Waited 30 Minutes To See If Someone Would Show Up & They Never Did. Prior To Scheduling My Tour, I Called So Many Times For Information & No One Ever Picked Up The Phone.

The management team here is the best. They really care and make the community feel safe.

The worst apartment ever!!! I am an active duty military member and they will not even let me break my lease with my military orders. How dare them tell me that I can’t. I felt disrespected honestly speaking. Gave them my orders and they thought I typed them myself, what in the world!!! Do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Very unprofessional I must say!!! My washer and dryer was down for weeks and management had me going to other apartments to wash clothes after two weeks of mine being down. Parking is horrible here. The staff does not even clean the stair ways, etc. Dogs poop at my door regularly, I mean it’s disgusting!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about Toni at Bella Vista! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always accommodating. She truly gets things done, and the property has improved so much since she’s been here. The community looks better than ever, and it’s clear she takes pride in making Bella Vista a wonderful place to live. I absolutely love living here, and Toni is a big reason why!

Don’t listen to any of the positive reviews. Been a resident here for 3 years and there’s a lot of violence that goes on here with bullets flying past your balcony Not a safe environment, they barely got any cameras too which is why it keeps happening. For paying $2k for a 1 bd in the ghetto u should at least feel safe. Don’t move here don’t make the mistake I did I can’t wait to get out of here. Manager is non responsive as well, emailed her so many times and called and nobody responded, waste of time and money all around. It might look cheaper online to lease but there’s a reason for that remember.

Bella Vista is nice clean and well lit apartment complex.  The common areas are well kept .  You always see the maintenance teams and vendors having this complex  looking well kept.   It’s a safe  community that is set in convenient and accessible  location that allows residents to access different route options to work/ dining / /shopping etc . The management team is proactive in making sure  and the needs of the residents and the complex as a whole is being attended to.

I love the place, the property in excellent condition, the management, maintenance and cleaning staff always with a very good attitude and very professional, willing to solve any concern to help the tenants,… recommended 👍👍
