We rented and Airbnb at this place Early September and totally loved the scenery and quiet neighborhood, with the exception of the flooded roads that lead to the yacht Association. The laundry rooms could use a little maintenance and up-keeping. Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant stay at our host Nicole condo 501.Her place is very runt down. For my experience and according to other reviews on Airbnb that I read since 2017 The neighbors here are very nosy and seem to be intimidated by young aged Hispanic or black people . DO NOT RENT Airbnb from NICOLE or anyone at at this location I do not recommend it. This place is a retirement home and not a place to host random people. Nicole should have more RESPECT for her elder sick neighbors and should not be renting her place out just to make money at the expense of her neighbors peace and health. I have made all the reports Necessary to Airbnb and the BHG Yatch Association Should do something about Her as well,Since she has had many complaints in the past about renting her location.. Her place is full of pest and electrical issues that can be harmful, Hazardous and a Danger to the people who live here in this community.
