Before I bought an apartment in this building 5 years ago, I visited more than 40 apartments in Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, and Sunny Isles. I had been dosappointed with what I was seing, and when I saw the hall of Parker Plaza, I realized it was the place where I wanted to live. When I was shown the apartment, I made my decision, and I am happy with my choice.

I have a very positive 5 year experience with this building. It had temporary renovation problems for a few years, but now the renovation is coming to an end. The building was projected by a famous Ajerican architect Marius Lapidus, and you can see it and feel it, especially if you like the neo-classical stile, wide corridors with tall ceiling, and immediate access to the sea and outdoor pool. This is the best building in the area.
