Excellent Building! The area is the best

Security , privacy and amenities are amazing .

We have lived at Biscayne Beach for a year and wanted to review this fantastic building. We are sadly moving soon due to the construction (which is out of everyone's hands as essential work and should be complete over the next year or so). But we have never experienced anything like this building. The staff are 5 star - from friendly welcomes as your enter at any time to the staff genuinely caring and going above and beyond. Management is doing something right here. The amenities are what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. You can of course get this in other buildings if you are willing to pay the price - but the people are what make this extra special. And you can't find this anywhere in Miami. Huge shout out to the whole team! From the friendly valet team, the helpful front desk staff, the AWESOME pool team who hand out towels and a smile to the lovely cleaners who always wish you good day. Shout out to Kenny (pool) and Shaun (front desk). Thank you everyone.

The valet fees are a scam. A building like this should not charge to park guest vehicles especially given the high condo fees.
