I have lived here for 1 year, the building is not what it looks like, it is full of cockroaches and old, EVERYTHING is bad 👎🏽 There are always details inside and outside the apartments, I recommend NOT moving here for the existing price, better options, don't let yourself be scammed 👀

Close to everything. Nice amenities , even tennis court and basketball court. Publix is a block away. Trirail station and brightline less than a block away. Easy access to most parts of Miami
