Design Place Miami

DO NOT LIVE!! I would not recommend this filthy apartment complex to anyone especially for the rent they are charging. Its insane! They charge you $50 extra for having a car, and there is no assigned parking but if someone is in your spot they will tow it for them. The amenities are always being redone and never open for use throughout the year plus you still are paying extra for the amenities to never work. They have so much trash piled up and rodents, like possums, roaches, and trash only get picked up once a month. They then tell you everyone is paying the same amount of rent, but most units have stoves that don't even work and little to no space in the unit at all while others have in unit laundry and an island kitchen ? They are scamming, and try to help the tow company get more vehicles from the apartment it's ridiculous. Community is dirty, they will only show you the front of the leasing office in the photos which is the most decent looking, other then that it's just small bunched up units stacked on top of one another . The entrance to get to your unit is crazy you have to hope you don't step in dog shit or a snake is in the grass. They have favorites for certain residents I think they are sleeping with some of them as well. Overall this property is a 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Highly overpriced for no reason, there is nothing and I mean NOTHING luxury about what facade they are trying to sell. It's nonsense.

The manager of this place is a super rude woman, I think her name is Damaris, super disrespectful towards her residents, I don't understand how she can be working there with that character she has, she has no costumer service at all. I say this because I was a manager and I never mistreated my residents, whether they were right or not. I hope his bosses check the reviews because he is not the first to report his behavior

I could say many things against here, but the photos speak for themselves. For this reason I left because they changed management and I got tired of saying that the ceilings had mold and the apartment was falling apart, they never did anything. They took my deposit and treated me terribly when I left, and I had been there since 2018 and I never stopped paying a single dollar.

I didn't like it to live. They don't fix anything and they charge you a lot for what the apartments are... cockroaches, mice... how horrible

This place is HORRIBLE and OLD!!!!! You will see bugs and rats all the time. I normally never post any comments but I feel that I have to. Thank God we are moving soon!

Elizabeth the assistant property manager is AMAZING! She is always available and willing to help with whatever you need! Very grateful for her and all the work she puts in day in and day out!

If u wanna take care of ur car, don’t live here… They have so many dumb strict rules that makes no sense. For example U can’t have a cover on ur car to take care of it from weather or from the owners of this complex they will literally damage  ur car and leave it like this. Got a cover on ur car? they are gonna take the cover off themselves or possibly just tow ur car cause of it… even if u are showing the parking sticker that u live here.
So dumb
