The nastiest place in miami, there was a dead cat body next to the building and management not removing it also always dog poop on the grass not fixing those problems but when I try to change my tires they coming to treathing calling cops

I went to visit a friend and the lady with the ugly haircut was extremely disrespectful and rude to me & my boyfriend. No one with that type of attitude should work at this type of establishment. I won’t recommend living here. It’s not worth the money.

I have only been living in this place for a few days and without a doubt it is one of the best decisions I have made, the complex is super clean, well maintained, the tranquility of the inhabitant is respected, it is cozy, totally recommended, I wrote to the administration department to ask to replace my cabinets kitchen and the response in favor was immediate from the manager, not to mention that Mrs. Claudia is super attentive and given to the tenants, the truth is if I could give more stars I would 1000% recommend this place

Being rude, haughty, without manners and low class are words, and the administrator of this place is the meaning of each of them, in my life I had never met a person so rude and with such little ability to administer, to manage personnel, customer service, finding solutions, simply the worst

Total insecurity, second time they try to steal the motorcycle, it is not even 3 months old since it was purchased 0 kilometers away and it is very damaged after the 2 robbery attempts, no one is responsible for the economic damages of this, the police hold the condominium responsible and its security since it is a private place which we pay month by month along with an extra 100 dollars for maintenance, yet there is no one offering compensation for those damages!

Many cockroaches    and mice because they are very old apartments without being modernized. Horrible 😣

It is noted that the complex is managed by women. Excellent work, I congratulate you.

This is a beautiful place to live I love the staff in the office management is very nice also great amenities I recommend this place to live

It's affordable It has a dog park and a pool in the inside little convenience store with a gym. Neighbors are usually great and very peaceful. Would I recommend anybody to move here Yes I would. It's definitely not perfect but it's definitely livable.
