The place is beautiful, clean... but unfortunately those who own the valet parking seem to have more power than those who manage the buildings... you only have one car for free, the second you pay 40 dollars and if in an apartment two or three rooms have more than two people living there and the third or fourth has a car, they must pay every time they enter the building 5, 10 or 15 dollars, depending on the hours you are in the apartment, you are already paying a high rent and on top of that Every time you arrive at your apartment to rest after 10 hours working, you have to be aware of how many hours your car can be parked in the place where you live so that you can get your money, it's frustrating, do the math...15 dollars per 7 days, that's 105 a week, 420 dollars a month... it's outrageous.
