I've been contacting Blu about a gate issue since August 2023. Where I'm subject to listening to this gate Mozart every day in my apartment. I think they'll only listen to you once you take legal action. I'm not getting anywhere with them it seems with getting this annoyance fixed. I mean how long does it take to replace a part on a gate? I've been listening to this musical gate for 5 months now. The gate company comes out. They do come out, but they don't replace the correct parts that's causing the noise to begin with. The company that maintains the gate and cameras is AT&I, just google them. They run the cameras, gates, and other things for Blu. After I told Blu they're violating noise ordinances and law they just sighed at me basically. Then to make things worst. They call me their office to show me their procedure and how the gate company is kind of like just meh taking their sweet time with it. It's like getting called the principles' office cause you did something bad, the problem here is not me that's the problem. It's this god awful gate noise. This is the sorta service you get paying 3k a month. So if this is the way you treat your long time resident since 2017. I highly suggest if you have an exterior issue, don't count on Blu to get it fixed in a timely matter.
