Blu on Marina Boulevard Apartments

Everything starts out great, but moving out is a disaster here. The month I was moving out my car is damaged from landscape maintenance and irrigation. This was the second time it happened. I contacted the office and they ignored the request. It was $300 out of pocket and to this day they still won’t answer me. I moved out during the holidays and folks were never in the office during their posted times to drop off the keys. They were also closed when my lease expired so I turned in my keys a few days early. Since I’ve received two electric bills with a ridiculous admin fee to pay for bridging the gap between turning in my keys and the lease expiring. Do your due diligence with this property before inking a lease.

Alex and Maniah are the dream team of property management. Toured 5 high rises with excellent views on las olas/downtown but none felt like home. Went on a tour with Alex and we knew Blu was where we were moving. Maniah made the move in seem less and stress free. The maintenance team is very responsive and knows what they are doing. Would highly recommend Blu to anyone that values customer service. Also one of the best bang-for-buck apartments in Fort Lauderdale. Great amenities and close to everything you need.

Alex and Maniah are the absolute best!! After touring 5 other apartment complexing in Fort Lauderdale we walked in and it finally felt like home. Alex and Maniah helped us get everything lined up even when our move in timeline changed! They are always there to help and it is such a comfort, especially coming from another complex that took 3-5 business days to just get a returned phone call. Our apartment is so spacious compared to other apartments at the same price point downtown and we are still so close to everything. I cannot recommend this complex enough!!
