Riverside Manor Apartments

I'm so glad I moved out, Have to be anonymous, because they threaten you here even after you leave. This place is a joke, they will rush you into moving in before you're ready just so they can take your money. The balcony they claim to have, is just an outdoor hallway for the building. Kids will run around, scream, vandalize, and leave trash around all hours of the night. It's funny how they advertise there is a property manager on site, there isnt. The laundry room sucks, half the machines don't work half the time. Oh and it takes quarters but there isn't a change machine, so good luck with that. The apartments are infested with roaches, they come up thru the drains and thru the wall outlets. They claim to have cameras on site, but they admitted to my previous neighbor that they don't work. Package theft is a huge problem here, they have an Amazon locker but the delivery drivers just leave it at your door. People will come off the street and use the pool, but the property management won't do anything about it. They also never and I mean NEVER answer the phones when you try and call the office. Unsafe, dirty, terrible place to live.

Management is straight fraud !!  They give you the third degree for personal financial info ( bank statements )  check stubs generally give the same broad info .  It doesn’t sit right ,  they pressure you for bank statements !!! It screams fraud !!!!!

I’ve been living here for over a year now, and it genuinely feels like home. The building is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and any time I've had an issue, maintenance is on it ASAP. Major shoutout to our property manager – one of the kindest and most responsive I’ve ever encountered.
