Towing cars left and right. This association  target homeowners, who harass  homeowners .No parking ,Be careful were you park.

The previous two posters are indeed correct about the greed of this organization. I too woke up to my car towed, although there was no parking. It's sad that you pay so much money for rent, only to be left out in the cold when other residents have friends over and take up all of the guest spots near your home. The security expects for you to hunt down a guest spot which is a ridiculous distance away from your residence. This company grossly lacks CONSIDERATION for it's occupants; after a long days work who the hell wants to walk miles home from a parking spot? For what i'm paying Security should pick me up and drive me home if such is the case. Terrible, I wouldn't recommend this area to my WORST ENEMY. $150 dollars, just because "No one should park by the Clubhouse, that has a gazillion parking spots that are NEVER FULL because the gym is smaller than Kevin Hart!" Karma, they will learn always comes back around.

Horrible management company, they tow cars for profit and run a very shady management company. I am a resident in Bahia and they towed my car for being in a guest more than 48 hours and I drive the car everyday.  Made huge mistake, but in end they want me to pay for towing.

Do your best to avoid buying in communities managed by this company.  If there is a conflict between residents and any affiliating companies with the property like security, the office takes the side of the affiliate and looks to make the resident at fault.  I have had a parking issue with them for months and did my best to avoid further issues at all costs to the tune of at least 6 months without incident, but the very first time in 6 months I have an extenuating circumstance they automatically took the side of security telling me that the information they gave me had to be a miscommunication on my part causing me to incur costs to get my car out of the tow yard.  No consideration is taken when the resident follows what they were told.
