My recommendation is that you don't move here. The administration doesn't work, and they don't support you with anything. We don't have water all day, and nobody cares. Please don't move because in a year or sooner, you'll leave here. People are always leaving, all with the same criteria as me.

Really scared and concerned about the security situation in this building. I do not recommend anyone to live here due to the poor management of the owner of the building. He doesn’t answer calls or emails and has overdue payments for the building's security. We even have a homeless guy living in the emergency stairs on level 6. The police were called, but the owner,did nothing. We have video evidence and photos of what’s happening. This is truly unacceptable. As a current resident, I cannot recommend this building. Since Maria, who was consistently helpful, is no longer here, there has been a noticeable decline in service. The package room is disorganized, leading to lost packages, and there is a lack of responsiveness to these issues. This has been a very disappointing experience. Really this is not a joke, there are children and families living in this building.

As much as I have loved this building in the past, the management of this building has just gone and now the place is a mess. We used to have security and a manager and now we do not have any of them.  All issues go unanswered, everything is a chaos in the building where no one is available to help us on any issue. Today we found that a homeless is living in our building in the sixth floor ( no idea how he access to the sixth floor keeping in mind that you need a special key to access ). We are not safe in this place anymore. Right now I do not recommend this place to live!
