I recently moved into Blume Coral Gables because of its great location, nice amenities, and overall appealing setup. Initially, I was impressed by the prior property manager, who was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always quick to solve any issues. Unfortunately, since the building transitioned to a new management team, everything has gone downhill. The new management operates under a “self-sufficient system,” but every platform they’ve established has consistently failed. Packages frequently go missing from the concierge room (mine included), and other unresolved issues keep piling up. Worst of all, no one takes responsibility for anything. It's impossible to get proper support or even reach someone who can help.
The lack of accountability and poor management has left tenants feeling frustrated and helpless. It’s clear that the building’s operations are suffering under this new system, and many of us are genuinely worried about the future here. Blume Coral Gables has potential, but until the management issues are resolved, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone considering moving in.
