Avalon Property Management handles every ...
Avalon Property Management handles everything for Garnet and they are less than worthless. After nearly two months they have not or refuse to cooperate with anyone including a buyers, realtors, or the Finance companies. This agency could not even produce valid insurance papers for the building, what they sent had expired. Yes Avalon was informed but never came up with a current insurance policy. As for Garnet itself, I tried to call several times but only got a recording telling me that the mailbox was full, can't imagine why. Don't waste your time.
