Boca Arbor Club

Two bicycles was stolen from storage with locks on it for past two years what else can you say about community , safety and neighborhood.

Daniel Cano assistant manager in Boca Arbor Club was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He treated me with the most respect, and he was so helpful in guiding me to the leasing steps. The property itself was well kept and upgraded. A food truck was scheduled to come out the next day for all the residents which I thought was very thoughtful. I will be choosing Boca Arbor Club when my current lease is up!

I lived here for a year and I recommend this condo, is  very quiet place, the maintenance is excellent and the people at the offices are very responsible, they always help you when you need it.

NOT A DOG FRIENDLY COMMUNITY. I have lived here for 18 months. The property is well maintained but beware, if your dog barks, you will receive complaints. I have a small 30 lbs dog who barks periodically when people fish in the lake or walk their dog behind my apartment without a leash. It lasts about 10 seconds and it’s far from a nuisance.I keep getting “complaints” emailed from the management accusing me of leaving my dog on the patio unaccompanied. This is blatantly false. I am always home when the patio door is open. When you pay an exorbitant amount of rent plus PET RENT, you should have the right to sit on your patio with your dog or leave the patio door open. When he barks, I put him inside immediately. Still the complaints continue. I am a good tenant and a responsible dog owner. I am extremely friendly with my neighbors and respectful of others. I would never let my dog cause a nuisance. Instead of emailing me with false accusations, perhaps pick up the phone. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Been here since November 2023. Gustavo, Front Office Team, and Maintenance/Vendors are all amazing and have your back. All my dealings with Gustavo have been productive and respectful and I'm glad he's Managing this Property. Thank you Gustavo and Team!  Keep up the great work!!! Update: They keep investing in the community. Brand new equipment for a full body workout. It’s amazing having this on site.

Wonderful. Great maintenance and leasing team .

The community really changed for the better when Gustavo and Marina came to the office. These people have really improved the Arbor Club. Always go to the meeting, with attention and understanding to all requests and life situations. With their arrival in the office the Community has improved 100%. I also want to thank JC, the person who will meet with a smile and give maximum attention, Kurt. Special thanks to Lou and his team who fix any breakdown within an hour and keep the community in top condition. Thank you guys a lot. I would definitely recommend this community.
