Bonita Pointe Apartments

The staff that works, I don't know how to explain, are people who have no moral values. These people, knowing that I had been the victim of a scam breaking all types of legality, took advantage of the fact that I had left and broke into my house and looted it, stealing practically everything and killing it. They couldn't because it would be so obvious, they put it in a garbage bag and it wasn't enough for them, they took all the spoiled food because days ago they themselves had cut off my electricity and they put it with my clothes, all of this under orders from the management of the place what when was it communicated, what he did was tell LIES AND BECOME COMPLICY IN AN ACT THAT WAS SO LOW. The heritage of that place and its workers should be investigated.

Bonita pointe is a good place to live

The worst!!! They inspect your unit whenever they want! They violate you, but don’t tell you what the violation is until you’re getting a letter from the lawyer. The office hours don’t work for your schedule. The pool’s been unavailable for 2 years! They’re cracks in the buildings but they’re concerned about some lent on the carpet!! You place work orders that never get completed. Maintenance does work orders when they feel like it! So they violate you for unfulfilled work orders! They don’t like when you call corporate but that’s the only time they respond quickly or when they get a negative Google review. They stop your rent payment, just so they can put you out for an unspecified violation. And THE ROACHES!!

Does not help its tenants,  the building is falling apart, and they only respond when people who put negative reviews on google. As previous reviews show, there are only sorry’s and no action being done.

The worst is the words to describe this apartment complex. Between the roach infestation, the building about 2 fall in on me ( a lot of structural damage in all the buildings) I believe they have unethnical relationship with the building code department of Florida City.. I don't know which one is the worst. And let's not get started with the office staff. They are liars, and they try to cook up skims so they can evict you. I've been trying to leave for 3 months, but they keep trying to stop me so them can evict me. I have lived here since 2020.

I strongly suggest living under a bridge than this roach infested trash they call a apartment. The management is petty and unreliable. You'll send in a request to have utilities fixed and whenever they arrive for a check up they hardly do anything. I honestly believe the management has something against Black residents. In all of my years of living,  this is the worst living experience I wouldn't even recommend a rat live here.

Excellent place to live with your family, a very quiet and safe community. My family and I have lived here for more than 6 years and we are happy and grateful to all the staff who are always there to help us. Thank you Bonita Pointe for making a very nice and pleasant home for my family.
