The worst association in Miami, don't think about moving to beautiful villas, I lived there for 3 years and only because the manager Elvira, who thinks she is the owner and who can do anything with you and take photos and impose fines of up to 2000 dollars when they can easily go talk to you and solve everything as humans, and Elvira's manager whose name is Jenny, who only gets to see who she fines or what she doesn't like, that you take it away if they don't call you to the association and get you in trouble, it's unfair. Everything they do, we live in a free country and they didn't let me and my family be happy, we had to run, they took away our entry passes. I don't recommend them. It's the worst association there is. They are good at issuing fines but bad at responding to any problem that happens in the condominiums. Pay attention to what I tell you.
