Hello, I'm stopping by to help this place a little. I have been living in the condominium for 3 months. Imagine I waited three months to give my opinion. My experience to date is good. I like the place to be very quiet despite being on the avenue and the condominium is clean and pleasant. My apartment is remodeled and it is actually very good. I had to request the maintenance part twice and they came the next day to solve the problem, I have no complaints. Now the office staff is very annoying, all with a bad face and attitude every time you go and without much desire to help, with my application I spent a lot of work and many days of waiting for a response for the simple reason that the person who applied to me had gone on vacation and I had to wait for him to join something that I do not understand if they have more staff, I hope they will improve that part. Otherwise I feel good in my new home with a lot of peace and tranquility. I recommend it.

If there was the option to give this place 0 stars, it definitely would have been the choice. We have lived in this complex for 4 years. The first years we had no problems but due to the lack of maintenance on all the equipment in general, the last year everything began to ruin! This complex has a roach infestation. There is no department that you ask that does not suffer from this plague! The entrance doors are always open! Putting all residents at risk, the pool, if not closed, is occupied by people who do not live in the units in a drunken state, partying and without control.
The people who work in the offices are incompetent, starting with the manager, the poor maintenance people do what they can with the few resources provided to them, not even they are happy working there!
The policies are not the same for everyone, because if you are a friend of Edwin who is the assistant manager, things work better, you can even leave before your contract and they do not charge you a penalty!
We have lived without air for over two weeks with temperatures in the 80s!! They don't fix your problems and if you go they end up hiding.
The hallways are always dirty, the emergency signs are broken and in poor condition.
The gym is always dirty and broken and old machines!
DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE!!
In short, it is the worst place to live here!!

I start by saying that I am a tenant of this place, where my experience at the beginning (when they wanted us to rent) was good! Then all hell, we renewed here in the same apartment because according to them they did not have any other apartment available (which was not true) since they had several to rent. We renewed in August, the air has been broken several times, like what the current! And when you call they don't answer the phone, a shame! The high cost of the apartments does not correspond to the comfort or the response to the problems! Very disappointed indeed! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, Merry Christmas!

The lack of security in this condominium ...
The lack of security in this condominium, the dirt on the stairs and the mistreatment of the administration when you go to file a complaint or ask for help to resolve problems in the apartments are embarrassing. They do not take into account the needs and problems in the residents' apartments. They do not accept residents' demands and eliminate bad reviews.

My experience in this place was terrible, starting with the fact that since I moved in the air conditioning was broken, the heat was unbearable, until two months after they changed it, the same thing happened to me with the microwave, it broke and I had to wait three months for them to put a new one in, add to this the bad attention they give you in the office when you go to make a claim, they bully you. Today it's been two months since I moved out of that condo and they still haven't returned my deposit for the apartment every time I go, it's a lie and Tell me what you want, it really is a total disappointment I don't recommend it

I'm not going to go into details since everything or almost everything that happens in this complex has already been said here, I'm just telling you that this is the last place to turn to have a stay, in other words THEY ARE TERRIBLE the office phone never answers, any breakage you have in the apartment you have to wait weeks or even months, the most expensive water you can find in the entire US is in this complex, the office staff are not professional at all, the service is terrible, and to conclude when you leave you must Wait the time they deem necessary to be able to recover your deposit, remember to look for other options that exist, never rent there, and thus avoid all kinds of disappointment and bad moments.
