Termite Infested Building. Terminix advi ...
Termite Infested Building. Terminix advised board to Tent whole building a year and half ago and they were shot down because all 185 Unit Owners had to agree! They have a Service Contract with Terminix for spot treatments, but that is not solving the infestations. Kitchens, etc required to be removed and the Unit Owner is responsible for the damages and $ loss incurred to their Unit! Pathetic Management and the Board is incompetent! DO NOT BUY HERE!
