the security guy and lady are the most unprofessional.
The location is not good, takes 5 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking to get to a grocery store/concenience/gas station.

Great location, amazing ocean views, and extremely calm and peaceful environment. The smaller size makes it feel cozier than one of those generic large towers that dot the landscape.

Poorly managed building. Almost moved here, until we came across Daniel tends to the office. His lack of professionalism and inability to communicate or write well kept us away. So glad we dodged this building. They have construction going on and they don’t disclose when you go check out the units so be aware! Stay away. This building is falling apart and horrible management

Poor management, very strict and overly vigilant COA, ongoing intermittent long term construction project, and unjustified rent increases. Great location.

A beautiful place in front of the beautiful Caribbean Sea

The new property manager is on a weird vengeance against renters. Beware. Do not rent here. Things have gone downhill fast.
