Axis Brickell is one of the condominium complexes built in the late 2000s. It has all year all day sun by the pool and is steps away from Brickell City Center, Mary Brickell village and in the heart of downtown Miami. You can rent condos here but there are no empty units. If you’re considering moving in here be ...
If you’re considering moving in here be very cautious. The building is constantly under construction, which has included closed balconies, no access to the pools, broken elevators, and blocked valet ramps. These aren’t individual problems either, we’re currently dealing with all of these happening at the same time. Additionally, you’ll most likely have loud apartment construction projects that span several months and rattle your apartment with drilling/hammering noise. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for renting (we will be leaving after our lease is up), and unless you’re planning on never living in one of the condos, I definitely wouldn’t buy here.

Great size closets and many amenities. Just terrible looking hallways’ carpets. But, that is just cosmetics, the most important things are great! I love that there’s lots of lights in the hallways; some buildings are too dark for my taste. Great views!
