I just moved into a one bedroom apartment here this past weekend.   The ENTIRE experience was professional and courteous.  From the rental details, to the actual apartment, I have to say I’m impressed.  Chris and Jimmy both went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly, and I thank them for that.  Location of the building is excellent, and it has some great common areas to explore.  I’d highly recommend this building to anyone!

I want to start off by saying that Tiana (the leasing agent), the cleaning staff, and maintenance crew are absolutely wonderful -- I could not be happier with them. However, the property managers Jimmy and Chris are a headache to deal with. They are deceitful, dishonest, and only care about maximizing their profits. They are unwilling to work with you on move-in dates, even if the difference is a matter of 3-5 days. Additionally, I recently learned that my neighbors down the hall as well as my friends a couple floors above me are paying less than what Jimmy and Chris are charging me per month-- if this isn't discrimination, I don't know what is.
