I lived in Brickell View Terrace for 2 years after first relocating to Brickell and it was the perfect apartment for me. Beautiful layout, great amenities, and the best location (right next to metro rail & metro mover which allow you to get nearly anywhere fast). The administration and front desk staff were always kind and greeted me with a smile on their face. I’d recommend the building to any friends or family moving to the area in a heartbeat

Lived here for three years after moving from NYC. Truly couldn't have asked for a better location and staff! It's smaller than other luxury buildings in the area, which I actually prefer since you get to know familiar faces in the building. Also super pet friendly and communal areas are always spotless. Only downsides are the lack of pool (not a dealbreaker or even close for me, personally - but alas it is Miami) and occasional elevator issues, but that is also par for the course. Chris, the manager, is the man and the facilities team is very responsive to any maintenance issues. Also, rent feels very fair compared to the market/neighborhood. 10/10 would live here again!
