UNI Tower — Luxury Rentals

Came in for a tour. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. The building is beautiful and the staff is great. Well executed and well planned.

Five stars are simply not enough to express my happiness living at Uni Tower! The staff are amazing, constantly organizing delightful new events for the building community. The location is beyond amazing, and the amenities are top-notch. The breathtaking view from my apartment is the cherry on top. I highly recommend Uni Tower to anyone seeking a wonderful living experience.

Good management team! The valet is a nice touch and very convenient. The units are fairly simple but they offer cost controlled options which are great if you qualify. Good coffee shops within walking distance and the downtown location makes for easy commutes to most places I go to daily. However portions of the amenities are still under construction and my unit in particular was without hot water in the kitchen, bathroom and shower for close to a month before it was fixed. You have to select a particular internet provider if you want internet and the installation process was a pain to set up. The surrounding area at times can feel a little sketch particularly at night. The train stations are a little too far to be considered convenient and to walk to the nearest Publix you have to walk through a makeshift homeless encampment which can make for an unpleasant walk.
Overall a decent unit if you qualify for the reduced rent.

I have lived here since September, and it is a very quiet, organized, and clean building. Lourdes, Ervin, and Hannah are always attentive to your needs. There are various nearby restaurants in the area and access to the Metromover. I am very happy living here.
