If I could give this association O stars, I would! Worst investment EVER to buy a house here. If you like to be harassed by the association with “warning tickets” over the pettiest reasons such as having a plant outside your door that they don’t like or parking “too close to the sidewalk,” if you like to be forced to use their unreliable internet service that they have a contract with that loses connection EVERY Sunday because they have “maintenance” (literally), or if you like to get your car towed regularly without warning, then this is the place for you. My family and I got our cars towed within a two week frame at the same spot that we had been parking for over a  year! No warning. When we called the incompetent manager, we were told to send them pictures of towing company receipt and sign that specifies the hours that you can park there “for their review.”
Do yourselves a favor, and look elsewhere where you can live at peace.
