RUN AWAY - every day there is a new construction project. The admin gives you no notice and you are at their mercy. Pipes breaking, AC shutoff every other week, flooded apartments, elevators not working for weeks at a time (forcing residents to take stairs 15-18 floors). They refuse to actually fix anything - they perform patch repairs to save money, but the people who run this place have no idea what they are doing. Have lived here 2 years. I feel completely unsafe in this building.

It's a horrible place, that's why they are lowering the prices of the apartments, both for rent and for sale. The building is very ugly and nothing works. There is no professional in the building. Visited here to attend a timeshare presentation. They showed a model room and it wasn't amazing, wasn't terrible. If you're attending the TSP, make sure you and your s/o are over 30 otherwise theres a good chance you are not eligible for the free vacation they told you about. The more you know...

I lived in this condo for 2 years and ran away out of desperation. Nothing works, there are continuous disservices, dirt everywhere, the management is terrible and irritating they made me go through many bad days but luckily my contract ended and I left. There are huge cockroaches everywhere in the condominium that enter the apartments ... disgusting…One day there is no water, another day they leave you without air conditioning, the swimming pool has never worked in 2 years, they close the gym without warning ... I could give another 1000 examples...STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONDO!!!!!

The Association and administration of the place lack professionalism, calling for days asking for the required paperwork. They did not answer the questions and, after many days, sent a report that the paperwork was incomplete. Lack of communication professionalism: they are employees with no interest in adequately developing their tasks. Hopefully, someone will read this and take action over this situation.
