We are a federally subsidized apartment community with rents and eligibility are determined by government regulations. Our community boasts well-maintained apartment homes, beautifully landscaped grounds and a professional on-site office and maintenance teams. Our community amenities include a community clubhouse, playgrounds and on-site laundry care centers in each building. Our apartment homes feature free water and sanitation utilities, spacious living and dining rooms and central air conditioning. This community is owned and managed by the Gene B. Glick Company.

Overall, I enjoyed living here. Yes, it's low income housing, you may see some trash, maintenance a little delayed(use it as a stepping stone to help you get to your end goal) Ms. Sandra and Ms.Joanne were the absolute BEST! They made my stay here pleasant. Their encouraging words will stay with me forever. Next month will make a year since I left and today I randomly just thought about something they shared with me. Thank you ladies!

It's been 3years my door still haven't been fix they did a renovation in the apartment still did not fix my front door I've been getting different story first the pandemic ,then I was told that when we do renovations I have a new door then I was told that they don't have money to fix the door can someone help me...

I like living here. I dont have no probl ...
I like living here. I dont have no problem. Sometimes there are people near my door smoking and i dont like it. Security needs to be better. There need to be better cleaning system here too.

Living here is pleasant. Issues are resolved when I ask about them and things that take a bit longer usually come with updates from the staff. The service coordinator, Joanne is really helpful. She works with the management staff to help with issues that my English doesn't allow me to express.
