I've been on the waiting list since 2022 ...
I've been on the waiting list since 2022 as told by Sandra. Who has been calling me to coordinate the completion of my application. Only thing is, I haven't been able to access the application. With the email given to them. Sandra has "claimed" to have submitted not one but two "tickets" to "fix" the issue. I called right before Christmas and Sandra reassured me not to "worry." She stated, "my spot is being held." Because it's not my fault and needs to be fixed by another department. Fast forward to not a day or two shy of after Christmas! I received a voicemail from "Sandra" stated they are moving forward and they cannot wait on me?! What!!! First and foremost, I believe Sandra has "memory loss!" She forgot or thought that I did not keep a record of our conversations. That she and I had, she was the one following up. On the said, "ticket to fix the issue for my email to be registered." So, I can have a "fair chance like everyone else!" To complete the application online. I called that following Monday after Christmas. I explained to Sandra who I was and the VM I received from her. I then begin to "jog her memory" and explained she claimed to have submitted not one but "two" tickets to allow me access to the online application. She became "passive aggressive and condescending and stated, "ohhhhh really I submitted tickets for the issue to be resolved?" I'm like is the "truth" in the room with us?! She did not take accountability and just totally denied any knowledge of what she was working on to help me. She then searched in the "database" to see what took place. She didn't even apologize or nothing just breezed over her raunchiness! And proceeded to be stern and again state " we have to move on!" She said I would have to come in and complete the application in person. Well that would work out fine if only my hours of employment. Did not run parallel to the days and times the office is open/closed! I then asked, "who was the office manager, was it her or someone else?!" Sandra stated, she was the office manager. I asked was there anyone one other than her. That I could speak with that had a willingness to genuinely help others?! She claimed no! I then told her that she was "passive aggressive and very nonchalant." During our last conversation and she seemed to have forgot how this was not my fault. The issue was supposed to have been fixed by her and whomever handles their online application submissions. She tried to cut me off mid conversation, I asked her to allow me to speak! That I've been listening to her talk without interruption each time we spoke. I told her she was rude and I explained that the same "negative energy" she puts out will in due time come back to her! I told her that do what she must and remove my name from the list. Since she's so adamant about it! I was very upset that I took the time out to not only write this review. Based off my own experience and no one else's. I also "Googled" the owners of the property. I saw on sunbiz.org that CAMBRIDGE SQUARE OF LAUDERDALE LAKES ASSOCIATES I, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP the owners are, EUGENE B.GLICK(deceased), MARILYN K. GLICK. I then researched the owners company website and was able to find https://genebglick.com/our-story. I called their "corporate number" 317-469-0400. I also went a step further and left a voicemail with the "Resident Relations team" at 888-327-2799 to file a complaint against Sandra. I then went through the "Google" reviews of peoples experiences and counted my blessings! Also, the entire staff should be reevaluated and trained on "Customer Care" and the values of how to treat people! "Customer Values" should be based on valuable ethics that should come natural. But that is not always the case, hence why I am here! So, for those who lack quality values. It would be good to implement them within this property management. Sandra I said it to you and I'll say it again. "Be careful with how you handle and treat people! Take the time to be kind! We are all fighting battles, we know nothing about!
