Applying for an apartment today  Canterbury Palms. Beautiful upgrade. My family lives here. The property is very clean and attractive.  Staff was very helpful AND MADE ME FEEL RUGHT AT HOME!!

Canterbury Palms is a great place to call home.

This place is the worst place that I have ever lived at. The customer service from the staff in the leasing office is terrible , the apartments are infested with roaches. I would not recommend this place to anyone it’s not worth it. They are only interested in collecting money , if you have a maintenance issue, they don’t fix it they give you the run around. They charged me after I moved out for a carpet that was damaged due to a leakage that happened when I moved in that was from someone upstairs that left their pipe on and these people charged me after I moved out for a carpet that’s not even my fault that it was damaged and what’s even worst I found out a couple days ago that they reported it to the credit bureau. Do not rent from this place. They will do everything to not give your deposit back.

The deception of this place of course we didn’t get our $2,500 back or even some of it we was told straight up we ain’t getting it, it’s soo sadd that persons that came here to live just treat others so unfairly the rent went from $1,250 to 1,700 and late fees was automatically add to our bill without proper calculation over $300 at times have receipts and letters from them that was charged illegally well over the percentage rate, lost soo much here and what I noticed with these people from another country don’t like to be confronted with their wrong doing, I put all of them before the throne of God, heart is still broken over this but something is being done in this matter I have many videos with proof of unkept not maintained, at one point the rain water was pouring thru the ceiling of the kitchen and front room
